Speaking to Express, Chandramohan, Delhi core-committee member of IAC, said the campaign is a confidence building measure among the public. “This will give assurances to the people and change their psyche by having higher expectations from the officials instead of being pessimistic that the government offices and officials are corrupt,” said Chandramohan.
“We are planning to visit every government offices and ask the head of the departments to sign the certificates declaring their offices as corruption free. We will also honour honest employees,” said Chandramohan.
