V C Asokan is the new Executive Director (ED) and State Head of IndianOil for Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. He succeeds P Jayadevan, who had moved with a new assignment as LPG Head in Marketing Head Office, Mumbai. Besides being the State Head for IndianOil, Asokan would also function as the State Level Coordinator for the oil industry in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. He has over three decades of extensive experience in IndianOil, primarily in retail sales, operations and international marketing. Hailing from Thanjavur District of Tamil Nadu, he holds the Masters in Business Management from Regional Engineering College, Tiruchirappalli, a release stated.
