Chennai: Dusters Total Solutions Services Pvt Ltd, a leading Facilities Services Provider, has completed their investment in SinarJernih India Pvt Ltd, a leading Soft Services provider in the Facilities Management space (FMS).
The promoters of SinarJernih India Pvt Ltd have divested their entire stake to Dusters Total Solutions Services for an undisclosed sum enabling the latter to take over operations and control of SinarJernih’s business in India. Based on the Brand Licensing agreement, Dusters Total Solutions Services will continue to serve the hospitality and healthcare segment of customers under the name of SinarJernih for the duration of the license. Further, the Directors of SinarJernih have now become shareholders in Dusters Total Solutions Services in order to pave the way for a joint effort in the area of modern technology for its business.
This move is expected to be a major step towards the mutually visualized goal of being a leader in its industry in India. SinarJernih set foot in India in 2001 and has set standards and benchmarks in the Hospitality and Healthcare industry, while Dusters Total Solutions Services is a major player in multiple verticals and business segments in not just cleaning services but also in engineering services.
With this association, the combined brands are now expected to roll out improved and increased strategic quality services to its clients to lead the industry in the Facilities Management segment. The combined entity has presence across the country, currently serving clients in 17 towns and cities with employee strength in excess of 22,000 people.
Earlier DTSS had similarly acquired Facilitec Services India Pvt Ltd which specialises in Engineering & Mechanical services. Announcing the investment, hamsher Puri, Group Managing Director said “SJ adds great strategic depth to our portfolio by adding best in class expertise in the Hospitality & Healthcare verticals, both of which are primed to witness exponential growth. DTSS was formed by the merger in 2010; of Bangalore based Dusters Hospitality Services Pvt Ltd & Mumbai based Total Solutions Services Pvt Ltd each among the leading FMS service providers in their respective regions. TVS Capital, a reputed Private Equity player has invested in DTSS.
