Tamil Nadu Governor K Rosaiah on Wednesday said that Mullaiperiyar dam issue should be resolved only through mutual consultations and the issue can't be settled through street or fist-fight.
“The government of India has to involve both the states for mutual consultation to thrash out the issue, he observed.
He said the issue over the dam can’t be settled by use of force or street fight or fist-fight. “It should include negotiations and consultations,” he observed.
He was speaking to reporters while onboard INS Shivalik to witness the naval training exercises involving Eastern Fleet warships.
