Aircel customers can now pay postpaid bills at post office

Aircel customers can now pay their postpaid bills at all post offices in Chennai City from next Monday.

Merwin Alexander, Post Master General of Chennai region, said that department of Posts, Chennai City Region, has entered into an agreement with Aircel whereby, Aircel subscribers can pay their Bills (postpaid) through all Post offices in Chennai City. This scheme will be extended to other mofussil Postal Division in Chennai City Region in due course.

Aircel subscribers residing in any part of Chennai and Suburban localities can approach any Post office, produce the postpaid bill at the Post office counter,pay the bill amount by cash, and get the receipt, he said.

The entire process is done through online ePayment facility provided by the Department of Post.
