After 102 days in jail, Lenin challenges Nityananda to face trial


Chennai:
After spending 102 days in jail, Lenin Karuppan, the former associate of controversial Swami Nithyananda on Saturday challenged the godman to face trial and alleged the sex scandal videos were not morphed.

Addressing a press conference here, four days after his release, Lenin alleged he has been receiving threat to his life and challenged the godman to face trial.

Armed with a forensic copy, he claimed the videos were not morphed and said he is willing to provide the Madurai Adheenam with evidence against Nithyananda.

He also revealed that the memory card submitted to the police had clips lasting for 25 hours. He alleged 50 clips were deleted which also had clips of two other women. However, he did not reveal who the women were.
