In a bid to redress grievances of defence pensioners, a Defence
Pension Adalat will be held in Madurai on August.
A defence release stated that Controller of Defence
Accounts, Chennai, will be conducting the Adalat in Madurai to redress pension
related grievances of defence pensioners and defence family pensioners
including Commissioned Officers, defence civilians and their families drawing
pension in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
Those pensioners having any grievance relating to grant
and disbursement of defence pension are advised to send their applications to
the Adalat Officer, Office of the Controller of Defence Accounts (CDC), 618,
Anna Salai, Teynampet, Chennai-600 018. They may also contact 044-2434
9980, 044-2434 8142 or e-mail to
legaladalatcdachn@gmail.com.
Application can be in plain paper and may be obtained
from website address www.cdachennai.nic.in and the Last date for receipt of
applications is June 30, 2014.
