Metro water rectified 72 complaints last month

Metro Water has received 84 complaints regarding water supply and sewage disposal last month and  it has resolved 72 of them, according to Metro Water managing director Apurva Varma.

Varma said action is also being taken on the remaining petitions. He also said Metro Water will be holding open house meeting at Metro Water area offices including newly added area offices on Saturday.

Urging the consumers to furnish their complaints regarding water supply and sewage removal, he said consumers can also clarify their doubts regarding water, sewerage tax and water charges during this meeting.
