Madras High court has admitted a petition by actress Anjali and granted interim stay on all further proceedings pending before XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet.
The order was passed by Justice CT Selvam after hearing a petition filed by the actress.
A defamation case was filed against Anjali by Kalanjiyam on XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, for accusing him of harassment.
Justice CT Selvam after hearing the petition said that since there is no representation from respondent the interim stay is admitted.
