‘Human error’ damages airport glass pane

Chennai:

The glass pane of Chennai Airport broke again but this time it was due to carelessness of a mobile food trolley operator.

An airport official told express that the incident happened when Travel Food Service trolley operator was crossing the Central Industrial Security Force frisking zone area in the airport when he lost balance of the trolley.

“The trolley hit the glass particle and caused damage. It was a human error. We have confiscated the pass of the trolley operator,” said the airport official.

No one was injured in the incident, the official said.
