CHENNAI: Get 20 per cent off on the base fare of all AirAsia
& AirAsia X flights when you book online, or through AirAsia Travel Shops
from Wednesday to August 25 for the travel period from 27th Aug to 11th Dec
2013.
The 20pc discount is applicable to the base fare of all
AirAsia flights with the flight code AK (Malaysia AirAsia), FD (Thai AirAsia),
QZ (AirAsia Indonesia), PQ (Philippines’ AirAsia), and D7 (AirAsia X) and will
enable travellers to take advantage of Air Asia’s wide network coverage,
covering over 85 destinations across 20 countries.
The discount is also applicable when guests book the
Fly-Thru service. Now fly from Chennai/Kolkata to Bangkok &
Bangalore/Chennai/Kochi/Kolkata/Tiruchirappalli to Kuala Lumpur for all in fare
as low as Rs 5,999.
Bookings for these 20pc discount are also available via
AirAsia’s mobile applications on iPhone, Android devices, Blackberry10, as well
as its mobile site mobile.airasia.com.
The mobile applications on iPhone and Android platforms are
now updated with the ‘Manage My Booking’ feature as well, where guests can view
all their bookings, check-in for flights, as well as manage add-ons such as
meals, seat selection, check-in baggage and sports equipment allocation,
purchase travel insurance and more.
Apart from the 20pc savings on seats throughout this
promotion period, travellers are also encouraged to pre-book their check-in
baggage allocation online as they will be able to save up to 66pc as compared
to checking-in their bags over the airport counter. Other value-added products
and services which guests can opt for when booking their seats include hot
meals on board, seat selection, travel insurance, comfort kit purchase and
sports equipment check-in allocation.
