A new Republic in Chennai

A new Republic has been launched in the city two days prior to 66^th Independence Day providing a lavish spread of premium design standard and featuring 609 homes.

 

Addressing a press conference here on Tuesday, Chairman and chief executive officer of Akshaya Pvt Ltd T Chitty Babu said that Republic, which is 152^nd project of Akshaya, will be strategically located at Kovur near Porur junction spread over 8.68 acres of land nestled amidst the city’s green landscape.

 

The 609 units in eight towers will be in variants of 2BHK compact, 2 BHK regular, 2 BHK with study and 3 BHK residential apartments in range from 614 square feet to 1471 square feet.

 

Babu said the project is creatively designed with best of construction and top class architecture to suit perfect lifestyle. “The Republic stands in prime location that has easy and strategic connectivity to the two industrial neighbourhoods of Chennai-Sriperumbudur and GST.

 

He said the as a launch offer the units are priced at 4,250 per square feet for first 300 bookings only and all the units are expected to be sold out in a day.

 

Babu is confident that all the units would be sold in a day. The project comes loaded with all the modern common amenities like 24x7 security, back-up power generators, play area, jogging track, 400 metres bicycle track, gymnasium, swimming pool, landscaped area party zone, 100 seater movie theatre, open air theatre facilities besides a nursery school.

 

An interesting aspect of the project is that it will have a kennel cluster feature that will allow residents to raise pets in the compound with ultimate safety.

 

Akshaya is also offering a nursery school in the vicinity and Babu says that this is an added feature in Akshaya project. Interestingly, this is the only Akshaya project to offer 2BHK apartments at Rs 26 lakh.
