Employees’
Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has urged employers of establishments
falling under the Tambaram jurisdiction to register digital signatures of their
authorized signatories on Employer Online Transfer Claim Portal in EPFO website
(http://epfindia.com/employer_
This
comes in the wake of EPFO launching online submissions of transfers of claims
shortly. Under this process, employer or authorized signatory of the
establishment are required to attest and forward the claims submitted by their
employees through online mode, for which digital signature are required.
In
case of any doubt or clarification, the emplyer shall contact the nodal
officer, regional office, Tambaram (phone: 044-22265332/9444046540)/ help desk
at 1800118005 or log on EPFO website www.epfindia.gov.in,
an official release stated.
