Aircel customers in the city on
Thursday could not connect to their near and dear ones as the network was
interrupted for two hours.
People using the network said that around 1pm the network
was down and they were not able to connect or conduct their usual business in
the network.
A Aircel spokeswoman said that the network was down for
two hours due to a technical snag which was addressed promptly.
“All the services have been restored completely,” the
spokeswoman said, adding that it regrets the inconvenience caused to customers.
