published report on ‘Choosing the Right Vendor for Payment Modernization
Initiatives' authored by Mary Knox and Christophe Uzureau.
According to the Gartner report, the scope of Banks' modernization
initiatives may “range from the upgrade of single payment functionality to the
design of a payment services hub, involving a rethink of payment workflows.”
This report says “Identifying lead vendors for a payment
modernization initiative is challenging and risky. This research, based on an
analysis of available payment software, will help CIO’s and heads of payments
navigate this complex marketplace.”
