Retailers in the city have just to click the mouse to enjoy the benefits of global state-of-the products with the launch of e-commerce portaljustransact.com.
Bhaskar Venkatraman, director of Millennium Soft-Tech told reporters that the portal would be first of its kind web directory in India offering technology products to both retail and non-retail industries.
He said the portal would showcase 100 plus products split across 14 product ranges covering 40 manufacturers or brands for 17 retail and non-retail industries
It would also have a budget calculator to check the investment implications of shortlisted products or solutions. On a whole it will empower customers with product and technical knowledge to understand the best suited product or solution pertaining to the industry.
Venkatraman said that the business to business (B2B) portal will act as a single platform for manufacturers of products and solution providers in the area of point of sale products for both retail and non-retail sectors to penetrate tier-II and tier-III cities in the country.
He said the aim is to become a leading infomediary in the domain followed by e-commerce enablement in the medium and short term. Interestingly, the portal is available in both mobile as well as desktop version.
Bhaskar said his company Millennium Soft-Tech which closed the last financial year with a turnover of Rs 30 crore in the current Point of Sale (POS) retail business, aims to grow to Rs 100 crore by the end of 2016. “This financial year, we have a target of grow by Rs 50 crore,” he revealed
